Logistics Coordinator II

About the Position The Logistics coordinator is responsible for load planning for customer product.
The Logistics Coordinator may also be responsible for prepping and processing orders for shipment.
Functions Performs daily load planning, routing and coordinating of all deliveries using warehouse and transportation management systems.
Owns the coordination of all Inbound and Outbound orders to/from the facility.
May be required to track inventory, process units, and prepare for shipment and delivery Maintains open communication with customer sales force regarding scheduled deliveries.
Acts as a central communication hub between network drivers, customers, site personnel, and third-party carriers.
Arranges outsourced carriers as needed.
Provides critical customer service via telephone and email with consistent professionalism.
Serves as a key Customer Service Representative at the site, and build strong relationships with members of the customer sales force.
Utilized thorough product knowledge to ensure customers receive the correct product in proper working condition.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehousing or DOT or related required.
