, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Team Engineer.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for sustainability and making a significant contribution to one ofNorth America's leading recyclers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with line Technicians/Operators and the Maintenance group to build a Teamenvironment for improved Safety, Quality and Productivity.
To work in an assigned process area to assure productionobjectives are achieved in a multi shift operation.
Assure training in Safety and preventative maintenance is completed in atimely manner for all associates.
Collect performance data and analyze the information in order to recommend andimplement improvements for training, improved line performance, improved product quality, and reduction of waste.
Responsibilities:
- Manages an assigned area of the recycling process to assure Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Reduction of Waste areachieved through Team Building and Training of Associates.
- Ensures preventative maintenance, equipment repair, new installation, and other engineering work are completed in atimely manner, and with minimum disruption to production.
- Responds to line problems to ensure production schedules are met.
- Monitors key production indicators for the area, such as safety, quality, reliability, scrap, operating costs, and labor costs toensure attainment of area goals.
- Builds a Team utilizing Line Technicians to collect and analyze data to assure line performance and recommend lineimprovements.
- Determine feasibility and cost of recommended improvements to the process with written justification of therecommendation.
- Ensures all Safety, GMO, ISO, Quality, Housekeeping, and other plant procedures are followed by Department Associates.
Ensures corrective action takes place as appropriate.
- Ensures uniform and consistent enforcement of plant rules and procedures in cooperation with Team Leader.
- Responsible for independent projects and there timely completion as assigned.
- Audits the documented Quality System ISO as assigned by Management Representative.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team building skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Training in Lean Six Sigma- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
