Previous experience working in a recycling facility is preferred.
Pay is $17.
50 per hour.
Employees work a 12-hour shift, 3 to 4 days per week.
Shift schedules are Days:

00 AM Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety procedures and practice good housekeeping.
Perform job duties in accordance with all written work instructions and procedures.
Operate and maintain equipment and forklifts used to manufacture products at acceptable quality and throughput levels per control plan.
Perform quality checks related to line operation.
As needed, utilize manufacturing data systems to perform essential shop floor functions.
Respond to process control alarms, bringing processes back into control.
Disposition of non-conforming products according to established criteria.
Coordinates the training sessions for all new hires in the department.
Identifies opportunities for departmental improvement.
Assists in changeovers, productivity, and scrap.
Assists in training and mentoring as assigned.
Participate in Plant meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
