- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their maintenance needs.
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Experience with fabricating and installing parts.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, conducting repairs, and ensuring the safety of the facility.
