This position will be approximately 30 hours per week:
Monday-Friday 12:
00pm-6:
00pm; some Saturdays required from 8:
00am-3:
00pm (will have day off during week if working Saturday) Job duties will include:
Cashiering Service customers with friendly demeanor Entering in vehicle vin numbers and information into systems Transferring license plates or issuing new license plates to customers through CVR General office tasks such as filing, data entry, making copies, sorting paperwork, and scanning documents Some accounting-related tasks which will require basic math skills and attention to detail Counting money and typing receipts for customers for cash, credit cards, and checks Redeeming customers' points through Ford system Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Additional clerical duties as needed Job Requirements:
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to count and handle money properly, professionally, and accurately - including cash, credit cards, checks Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent organizational skills Basic math skills This job entails many tasks that require great attention to detail.
Handling money, entering VIN numbers, and entering license plate numbers are assignments that have little room for error.
