Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or complaints - Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments - Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information This position requires working evening or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel.
