Process Technician Clean Tech is looking for a Process Technician who will safely oversee our manufacturing processes.
As a process technician, you will be working on the plant floor where you will monitor processes, test quality, maintain equipment, ensure the area is clean, and report any machine faults to your supervisor/leader.
To ensure success, you should have keen observation skills, experience with industrial equipment design, and the ability to stand for long periods.
Ultimately, a top-class process technician is able to identify faults and suggest manufacturing improvements to increase production throughput.
Process Technician
Responsibilities:
Identifying and monitoring production machine parameters.
Monitoring and testing product quality.
Ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Identifying machine faults and production rate errors.
Reporting faults and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers.
Maintaining a clean and safe production area.
Ensuring all associates adhere to safety protocols.
Identifying areas of production that can be improved or increased.
Process Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience as a process technician is a plus.
Excellent analytical and observational skills.
Sound knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical processes.
Ability to work shifts and possibly nights.
Comfortable working in a noisy environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Requirements Able to work 12 hour shifts (7am - 7:
30pm or 7pm - 7:
30am) & a schedule cycle of week 1:
3 days on, 2 days off & week 2:
2 days on, 3 days off Strong desire to be a productive team member Prior Hi-Lo experience a plus Lifting Requirements:

Environment:
Exposed to high levels of noise, recyclable debris and smell.
Able to visually examine minute defects in parts and product.
Must be able to reach overhead, bend down and work on ladders periodically as needed.
Must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment:
eye, ear, head, toe protection, high visibility safety vest, and hand protection as needed.
Must wear safety harness on occasion.
